Sublimation Printing

Our factory has multiple thermal transfer machines of different specifications to meet the requirements of orders of different quantities and effectively control production costs. We use imported inks, and the transfer colors are bright and true, with high color fastness, and can be washed without fading. The factory is equipped with color fastness testing instruments to ensure that the product quality is qualified at any time.

At present, heat transfer transfer technology is the main production process in the lanyard industry. It can print various colors and patterns, and has lower costs and faster delivery times. It is also one of lovecolour's most competitive printing processes.

Silk creen Printing

• Silk screen printing is one of the most common and traditional methods of printing on lanyards. It involves creating a stencil (screen) for each color and pressing ink through the screen onto the lanyard fabric.

Jacquard logo

Jacquard weaving is a process where the design is woven directly into the fabric of the lanyard. Unlike printing, the design becomes part of the fabric itself.

Embroidery logo

• Description: A special jacquard process on 100% genuine nylon webbing. The webbing is thick and is mainly used for various luggage shoulder straps and high-end lanyards. It is only suitable for very simple patterns and letter jacquards. It can be single-sided jacquard or double-sided jacquard. Many people also call it embossing process.
• MOQ：at least 500 meters per color per design .
